Our fleet



Our vehicles are all last shape models of the premium brands in our industry (Mercedes, BMW, Audi) and under constant technical control. A vehicle passes our own car wash every morning before leaving the garage and is daily revised by a fleet inspector, who takes care of a perfectly clean inside and outside, a proper working of all amenities and the availability of daily newspaper and bottled water inside the vehicle for every service.

 

Customer Service and Coordination



Our service is always directed towards two parties: the passenger and the booker. Knowing that time pressure is a major factor not only for our passengers but also for their PA’s, Secretaries, Travel Managers and booking Agents, we have aligned our operations to maximal Control, Immediacy and Flexibility.

  • Our Operations department is a team of experienced specialists, dispatching each chauffeur with precision and monitoring each service individually. Enquiries for rates or bookings or last minutes changes are processed immediately by our team that is 24/7 available to assist you.
  • Technology



    Direct Way runs one of the most advanced software’s that has been developed for the chauffeured industry. With an personal login into our bookingsystem, every client can book his transportation services onine. The service details can be revised and updated at any time, an electronic confirmation of the service status is sent by e-mail to the client. One day prior to pick up, the details of the driver (name and cell phone number) are sent to the client by e-mail. For Airport pick ups, arrival flights are tracked in real time and the chauffeur is dispatched accordingly. The system monitores the status of each service and provides a direct and efficient communication between dispatcher and chauffeur.

  • An easy pricing system that is directly linked to the service data provides a precise pricing and a very accurate invoicing of the service. Quotations and invoices are processed quickly and with accuracy.
